April 2010 - Health and Safety Team Build Day for Employees...
Electrical estimates employees “swung” into action at their Team Build Day Event recently, held at Penrhos Golf and Country Club, Llanrhystud, near Aberystwyth.
As part of our ongoing commitment and investment to training their employees, the organiser of this particular event incorporated HSE updates and Risk Assessments with a Golf Competition!
This was no ordinary golf competition as the trainer devised a game to incorporate Health and Safety and Risk Assessment updates, whilst all colleagues were issued with new Health and Safety PPE wear, which they had to wear whilst playing, a bit of a handicap!!

| Pictured above: Winner of the golf competition was, trainee electrician Joshua Hartrick, with runner up prizes, being awarded to John Daly and Martin Ateyo. Whilst fun was the order of the day, all colleagues received a new full PPE wardrobe and uniform to wear in the workplace, along with new company ID badges. |
